Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds has revealed a Pac-Man collaboration

Revealed during Gamescom Opening Night Live, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is adding a familiar face to their line up, as Pac-Man and the ghosts will join the roster, at least for Digital Deluxe Owners.
The Season Pass, which is included in the Digital Deluxe Edition of the game, will not only add characters from Minecraft and SpongeBob to the game, but now Pac-Man, Blinky, Inky, Pinky, and Clyde will race as well.
There will also be a new Pac-Man themed stage and car to race in, ensuring that Pac-Man fans can enjoy all aspects of the game.
As you can see via the infographic below, there are two known content releases coming, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Avatar, but their exact details are unknown. There is a sixth content pack still to be revealed, but given how random the first five have been, there is no way of knowing who it might be.
Also, Sega have released a breakdown of the various modes that players will get to enjoy in the game, many of which are the usual line up, but Race Park could be something fun.

Finally, a network test is taking place next weekend for the game, at least on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch, giving folks a chance to test the game out before its September 25th release date. The game will also release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but those are not in the network test.
For those with a Nintendo Switch 2, the game will come to that platform in early 2026, but there is no date for that yet. But for existing Switch owners, of either the retail or digital versions an upgrade path will be made available, details on how that will work have not been announced.
