Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds reveals fan favourite characters are joining the race
During the Summe Game Fest Showcase, Sega revealed that Sonic Racing CrossWorlds will race to release on September 25th and that it won’t just be Sonic characters, as Hatsune Miku, Joke and more are coming to the game.
In addition to Sonic and the rest of his group, Sega revealed that in free post launch updates more racers will join the race. The announced characters are:
Hatsune Miku
Ichiban Kasuga
Joker
There are also another 10 characters expected, but there is no word yet on who they are. But that is not all, because the Season Pass is also being made available. It can be bought on its own or via the Digital Deluxe Edition and the first revealed characters are:
Minecraft - Steve, Alex, Creeper
Yeah, it is not a big list, but there are another 12 slots open, which could be worth speculating on, because who could they be.
The game is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and now confirmed, Nintendo Switch 2. It arrives on September 25th, with digital pre-orders open now for all but the Nintendo platforms, they will open soon.
