VisionQuest is coming in 2026

As part of the Marvel presentation at New York Comic Con, the final surprise for those at the show was the reveal of VisionQuest, a brand new series that follows White Vision as they attempt to understand the memories that Vision unlocked at the end of WandaVision.
Leading the cast is Paul Bettany, who has played the character on screen since Avengers: Age of Ultron and then again most recently in WandaVision.
“What’s different about Vision right now is that Red Vision gave Vision all of his memories, including the memories from within the Hex. But White Vision is having real difficulty connecting to them,” explained Bettany. “So he has the memories, but he doesn’t have the emotions and the feelings, and I think that’s what the journey is. White Vision’s journey during the show is about his attempt to connect to those memories and who he was… but with lasers!”
One of the reveals for the show was the casting, which features a number of AI assistants made by Tony Stark over the years. In a fun twist, James D’Arcy is in the show, for those that don’t know he played the actual Jarvis in the Agent Carter tv series and then again in Avengers: Endgame as the driver/manservant for Howard Stark, though in this show it appears he will be J.A.R.V.I.S.
From the robotic side of things, we have Henry Lewis as D.U.M.-E, Jonathan Sayer as U, Orla Brady as F.R.I.D.A.Y., and Emily Hampshire as E.D.I.T.H, the last one being the glasses that Tony gifted Peter Parker.
The two big casting reveals are that Ruaidh Mollica has been cast as Thomas Shepherd, aka Speed, the twin brother to Billy Kaplan, aka Wiccan. The other big casting reveal is that James Spader will return to the MCU as Ultron, his first time back since Avengers: Age of Ultron.
The show is set to air sometime in 2026, but there is no date beyond that. WonderMan is the next show, and Spider-Man: Brand New Day being the next movie.
