MotoGP 26 has been revealed and will hit the track this April

Milestone have announced MotoGP 26, their yearly release for the MotoGP and this game will release on April 29th, and will bring the racing action to PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and a cutdown version for both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. Check out the reveal trailer for the game below.
Just like in years past the team have promised big changes to the racing action, this year that comes in the form of a totally renewed physics system, there words not mine. These changes to rider movement and animations, combined with a new weight-management system, make you feel more connected to your bike. The updated physics also improve corner handling, letting you make micro-corrections to your trajectory—even on corner exit—just like in real life.
Last year, players could race among the Tuscan hills and the Alps whenever they wanted to take a break from the adrenaline of the championship. This year those locations return, but there’s more. Now you will get to race in a new location in England, Canterbury Park, with motard, flat track and minibikes and the news doesn’t end there. You will also be able to improve your skills and learn every MotoGP track’s secret by racing with Production Bikes. As well as the other Race Off vehicles, these new powerful bikes have been carefully reproduced in every single detail, with dedicated physics and balance which will make each manufacturer unique.
Once again, Arcade and Pro modes will help riders of every skill level master the bikes. The updated Arcade mode—simplified from the previous chapter—suits newcomers and those who prefer more accessible gameplay. By contrast, the Pro mode, paired with the new physics, delivers the most realistic bike handling to date and includes comprehensive tools for achieving the perfect setup.
Now comes the issues, for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 players, they are getting shafted again as there is no cross-play on those versions of the game and instead of the full 22 racer count on the track, only 12 riders will be available in the online modes.
For those playing on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, the game will offer full cross-play and 22 players online.
The game will release on April 29th for all platforms, pre-orders are available for the non-Nintendo platforms today.
