Hollow Knight: Silksong has a release date and is out this September
After what seems like forever and making it on to our Missing in Action list three years in a row, including this years, we can now happily say that Hollow Knight: Silksong has a release date. The game will be available on September 4, for all platforms, check out the latest trailer below.
When the game is released, there will be no review codes sent out early, as Team Cherry have said it would be unfair for critics to play the game before the backers, because if you recall, this game was meant to be DLC for Hollow Knight, before it became its own thing.
When the game launches on September 4, it will do so on all platforms, that is Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PC via GOG, Humble Bundle and Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Plus if that was not enough, it will also be a release date addition to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, so members there can enjoy the game as part of their subscription.
