Gamescom 2025: Capcom reveals what attendees can play this year

Capcom have announced much of their 2025 Gamescom offerings, which includes the chance for those going to play Resident Evil Requiem for the first time.

Back when it was announced, Capcom did state that hands on of the latest Resident Evil game would be possible at Gamescom and that has now been confirmed. In addition, Onimusha: Way of the Sword also got another confirmation of its playable state there, but for the first time Pragmata will also be playable.

Those are the new games that attendees can enjoy, but in addition Street Fighter 6 and Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess will be at the show in their new Nintendo Switch 2 forms, so guests can sample the new play modes.

Capcom will also bring other exciting opportunities for attendees, with a cinema experience, and a number of live streamed programmes broadcast across the duration of the show direct from Cologne to the rest of the world. As part of the live streams, Capcom will broadcast a variety of exciting content as well as appearances from special guests.

The live streams will take place here, as well as on the official Capcom Germany YouTube channel.
