Twisted Metal picks up a full trailer ahead of its season 2 release
After releasing a teaser a few months back, the full official trailer for season 2 of Twisted Metal has released, as the shows July 31st premiere date draws closer, check it out.
In this new season of Twisted Metal, you had best get ready for some car-nage. Following the revelations in the season one finale, John and Quiet find themselves entering a deadly tournament, a sinister demolition derby hosted by a mysterious man known as Calypso.
As they try to survive an onslaught of dangerous new foes and familiar faces alike, including the murderous clown Sweet Tooth, things get complicated for John when he reunites with his long-lost sister, the vigilante Dollface.
Anthony Mackie and Stephanie Beatriz return as John and Quiet, along with Joe Seanoa as the physical Sweet Tooth and Will Arnett as the voice of the character. New additions to the main cast are Anthony Carrigan, who most recently played Metamorpho in Superman and Michael James Shaw as fan favourite character Axel.
The series will debut with 3 episodes on July 31st, and then a new episode every week until it’s done. For those in Australia, the show will be available on Stan.
