Stargate: Timekeepers is dialling up a console release next year
Slitherine have announced that next year Stargate fans will get the chance to experience Stargate: Timekeepers when it comes to PlayStation and Xbox. A new trailer has been released for this console version, check it out below.
Stargate: Timekeepers is a tactical game in which you lead a team of specialists through a story-driven campaign featuring an original narrative set in the Stargate SG-1 universe. Sneak a newly formed team behind enemy lines, use your characters’ unique skills, craft the perfect plan to unravel a timeloop mystery, and defeat the Goa’uld threat.
The game has sadly not been that well received on PC, so with any luck the new platforms mean that some of the issues will be corrected. There was talk about adapting the PC user interface to consoles and that Trinity Games are doing the port, but nothing beyond that.
There is no release date for the game yet beyond the 2026 release, so we just need to wait for those chevrons to lock.
