PGA Tour 2K23 brings a new season to the game that includes new courses, gear and more
2K have announced that PGA Tour 2K23 is kicking off a new season of content, delivering new courses, challenges and gear, with it launching this Friday.
The big thing for some players will be the addition of the new courses, Pebble Beach, and Payne’s Valley Golf Course. The later of the two courses is actually designed by Tiger Woods, who apart from being on the cover of the game, actually helped to make sure the game was going to play the way it needed to. In addition to the new courses, players will find a new challenge in what is called the 100 Thieves 100 Holes Challenge.
Something that is very excited for Season 2 is that Ranked Matchmaking and Cross-Play are coming to the game. While Season 2 has started, this update will arrive in the Autumn months, the exact date is not yet known. What we do know is that in the competitive mode, players will be tested and challenged against fellow players of the same skill level. In addition, Cross-Play enables you to play with other players and friends on different platforms via room codes. This change is something that the team behind PGA TOUR 2K23 have committed to, in order to grow the global golf community, and this is another step toward that goal.
Finally, there is new swag to wear, including items from Under Armour Callaway. This Season, Premium and Premium+ Pass holders will have the chance to earn Under Armour and Callaway clothing and gear at each tier, available until March 24, 2023!

The Clubhouse Pass comes in three options, a free tier, the Premium tier and Premium Plus tiers, below is the breakdown on what each offers:
Standard Clubhouse Pass (FREE) - There are 10 items that every player can earn by completing all the tiers in the Clubhouse Pass during the then-current Season.
Clubhouse Pass Premium – Once purchased, this grants you the opportunity to unlock all 50 Premium Rewards during the then-current Season, in addition to the 10 items available with the Standard CHP.
Clubhouse Pass Premium Plus – Once purchased, this grants you the opportunity to unlock all 50 Premium Rewards during the then-current Season, in addition to the 10 item available with the Standard CHP. In addition to this, you will automatically unlock the next 20 Premium Rewards, depending on your current tier, and receive them instantly.
