If the WaveNet release does not sound familiar to you, that is because it was an online version of Mortal Kombat 3 that was made as a test. Due to the cost of online infostructure at the time, the test never went anywhere, but now that version of the game lives on here. The reason why it was special, it was the only version of MK3 that included the character Noob Saibot as a playable option.

The kollection will release sometime in 2025, as it does not have a release date yet. When it does release it will com to Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
