Ghost of Yōtei gets a new trailer thanks to Gamescom
We have slowly been seeing more and more of Ghost of Yōtei and that has not changed, thanks to Gamescom Opening Night Live. The game is on track to release on October 2nd as a PlayStation 5 exclusive. Check out the new trailer below.
The new trailer was not the only fun that the developers had for Opening Night Live, as they also revealed that in 2026 the adventure goes multiplayer when Legends, is released. For owners of Ghost of Yōtei, that will be a free addition, but it can be bought on its own. Details on exactly this new Legends game will offer are slim, but we do have the below from PlayStation.
Ghost of Yōtei Legends will offer two-player story missions and four-player survival matches. This time around, you’ll play as one of four character classes and try to defeat demonic, giant versions of members of the Yōtei Six, plus a variety of new enemies that fight alongside them.
They also released three art pieces for some of the characters below, which look incredible.
Ghost of Yōtei arrives onto PlayStation 5 this October 2nd, with Legends arriving sometime in 2026.
