A familiar tale returns as Tales of Berseria Remastered is announced
Bandai Namco have announced Tales of Berseria Remastered, an updated version of the 2016 game and will release this coming February 27, check out the trailer for it below.
In Tales of Berseria Remastered, players will follow the journey of Velvet Crowe as she embarks on a journey of vengeance and uncovers the mystery behind her brother's murder. Players will embark on a tale torn between emotion and reason, where Velvet and her comrades slash through everyone in their path and navigate through emotional bonds and betrayal.
The game first release in 2016 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC, but this new release will come to Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. As one might expect, this remastered title features a number of quality of life enhancements such as early access to the Grade Shop, destination icons, and the ability to toggle encounters. The title also features also includes downloadable content from the original release, featuring character costumes, bonus items, and other fan-favourite extras.
For those keeping track, this remastered release joins the recent Tales of Xillia Remastered, Takes of Graces f Remastered, Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition and Tales of Symphonia Remastered.
The game will release on February 27, 2026 and can be pre-ordered on most platforms.
