Zombies are coming to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3

Activision have announced that Call of Duty Modern Warfare III will be the first game in the series to welcome Zombies to the action, a first for the Modern Warfare brand, not CoD as a whole.. obviously. Check out the first trailer for the mode below.

Unlike past Zombie modes, which have been complete disconnected from the main story of the game they are bundled with, this time the mode will feature Task Force 141 and their enemy Viktor Zakhaev.

The games official site goes into more detail on the modes story, but the basics are that Operation Deadbolt will see Task Force 141 embark on difficult and multi-stage tasks to stop Zakhaev and Terminus from plundering more resources, all while attempting to contain the current threat before it spreads out of control.

The mode will be available on release day, which is November 10th, with the mode again being crafted by the folks at Treyarch. The game, which includes the Campaign, Multiplayer and Zombies modes, will deliver a lot of content on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
