Not content with allowing PlayStation the fan fare of a system update, Xbox have also announced a new update has gone live for their Series consoles, helping to eliminate background noises when you are in a chat party, with additional update for other platforms as well.

The feature called Noise Suppression doesn’t sound that exciting, but with it enabled, it aims to remove all those annoying background noises that you can sometimes here through the headset from the people you are chatting with. Elements like gamepad clicks, breathing, and background noise from your parties, can now be a thing of the past, of course, you can still leave the toggle off and hear all of that, if you feel it adds to the experience.

For a more interesting addition, you can now jump into select games, via links found within shared images and videos. Once you have shared your screenshots with mates, along with your captures, they can start playing right away on their device with cloud gaming.

Additional details for both features can be found on the Xbox Wire.
