Turtle Beach are bringing new Mario themed goods to Switch 2 players

Just in time for Mario Day, Turtle Beach have announced two new offerings for Nintendo Switch 2 players, both of which sport Mario, with the controller also showing off Luigi, as well as hiding a secret.

Officially called Turtle Beach Rematch Wireless Controller: Mario & Luigi - for Nintendo Switch 2 and Turtle Beach Airlite Fit Wired Gaming Headset – Mario Star for Nintendo Switch 2, these offerings will be available in stores on March 31st.

The Turtle Beach Rematch Wireless Controller: Mario & Luigi - for Nintendo Switch 2 or for simplicities sake, the controller has a secret, RBG lights are hidden within and when you enable them, they light up the controller face, like you can see below. As they are RGB, there are different colours, so if you enable it, I am sure you can find a colour you like. Beyond just being pretty lit, the controller also offers thumbsticks featuring TMR, which should all but remove any chance of drift. The controller also sports motion, so games that allow that for control can be played with this new controller and unlike their offerings from last year, this new one has a dedicated GameChat button, located in the middle of the controller.

The controller will be available in stores on March 31st and has a RRP of $99.95

As for the Mario Star Airlite Fit Wired Gaming Headset, or headset, it includes a number of tech that Turtle Beach have been using in their headsets for a while now. The headset comes packed with a pair of 40mm drivers, ensuring that you can hear everything clearly, but won’t have to deal with a heavy headset.

The microphone contains a flip to mute function, allowing you to mute yourself with ease and the ear cups are designed to be soft and sturdy, for those longer gaming sessions. The exterior of the headset features red and transparent black plastic, with a fun Mario design on each ear cup. The best news is that while the headset is designed for Nintendo Switch 2, as it uses a 3.5mm connection, it will work on almost everything else, so you could have one headset to rule them all.

The headset will be available in stores on March 31st and has a RRP of $49.95
