The PC Gaming Show is still happening this June

While E3 2020 might be cancelled, events to cover games at that same time have started to be announced and so far, the only one from that same time is the PC Gaming Show. Usually streamed online, with an in person audience, for those in Los Angeles, the show is dedicated to the PC platform and talks about games, hardware and more.

This year, with the heavy restrictions in place around the world, the event is going for a fully live streamed show, but it will still take place on June 6, at least in Los Angeles times, for us here in Australia a very early June 7 will be required if you want to watch it live, though the exact times have yet to be announced.

"PC gaming has prospered in the last decade because it's the only gaming platform that belongs to everyone," says Evan Lahti, Global Editor-in-Chief at PC Gamer, the show's organizer. "Some fantastic new games deserve recognition, and we look forward to making June 6 a day for viewers to experience what's coming next."

So far Intel, Epic Games Store, Tripwire Interactive, Frontier, Merge, Humble Bundle, Guerrilla Collective and Perfect World are among the sponsors, but in years past they have had others join late, like Xbox, so who knows what 2020 will bring.
