The icon returns as Deus Ex Remastered arrives this February

As part of the recent State of Play, Aspyr and Eidos-Montreal revealed that they would be bringing an icon of gaming back to players in 2025, with Deus Ex Remastered. Check out the reveal trailer for the game below.

As you might imagine, given that this is a remaster, it has been given more than a coat of paint, with all new models for many of the characters, which you can see below in the side by side comparisons that have been released.

It is not just that the game looks better, it will also offer players quality-of-life enhancements such as autosaves and faster load times, and controller support. While it was shown off in the State of Play, the developers have confirmed that it will come to Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Those last three platforms means that it will also support 4K and on PC ultrawide monitor support.

Depending on who you ask, Deus Ex inspired countless titles, like Goldeneye, Half-Life, Bioshock, Prey and more, all we know is its an incredible game.

Deus Ex Remastered will release on Feb. 5, 2026 so there are still a few months to go.
