The groove is in the heart and the living room, with Just Dance 2023 Edition coming this November

Ubisoft have announced Just Dance 2023 Edition, I mean why wouldn’t they and with it, comes new songs, a new menu, improved visuals and online dancing. Check out the first songs though, to get an idea of what you can dance to.

One of the big new changes is that the game will now offer online dancing for up to six players, the series has had local multiplayer since the original Wii game, but it has never offered simultaneous dancing online before. One player needs to be the host and once dancers have joined up, they can interact using the new sticker system and then once the song or songs have been chosen, dancing can commence. The best news, the online dancing is cross-play supported, meaning no matter the platform you dance with, your friends don’t need to buy the same console to dance with you.

In addition the game has overhauled its visuals, from a new sleek menu to backgrounds that are no longer static, there is a lot happening on the screen now. One new aspect is that of dance cards and no, this is not a trading card game, but rather a way to say this is the dancer I am and as you dance, you will unlock new stickers, backgrounds and more for it.

The game is coming out on November 22nd for Switch, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 and that is it, no last gen Xbox One or PlayStation 4.

There is more you can learn, should you desire, by dropping into the video below, otherwise get to stretching as dance season is on its way
