The first guests for PAX Australia 2025 have been revealed

The folks behind PAX Australia have announced the first wave of guests coming to PAX Australia 2025, which includes a mix of actors, streamers and more.

Here are the names of the first wave of guests and a little blurb about each of them:

Amelia Tyler

Kicking things off, Amelia Tyler is an English actress and Dungeon Master to millions as the ethereal Narrator in 'Baldur's Gate 3,’ a role which earned her a BAFTA nomination for ‘Performer in a Leading Role.’ She's also known as the voice of fan-favourite Malady in 'Divinity Original Sin 2,’ vicious huntress Wenduag in 'Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous,’, The Siren Queen in 'Sea of Thieves' and conflicted nymph Queen Nyrissa in 'Pathfinder: Kingmaker.’ Amelia also appears as the Goddess of Witchcraft, Hecate, in Supergiant Games' sequel 'Hades 2.’

Luke Dale

Stepping straight out of medieval Bohemia, Luke Dale brings to life the roguishly noble Lord Hans Capon from Kingdom Come: Deliverance I & II (Kingdom Come: Deliverance 11 winning Gamescon’s 2024 PC Game of the Year). Known for his charisma and fan-favourite performance, Dale is fast becoming a rising star in the world of voice and performance capture. Ify Nwadiwe

Ify Nwadiwe is a comedian, actor, writer, professional nerd and most notably, the host of Dropout TV's Um, Actually. He's made you laugh on all your favourite places on the internet from Smosh and Dimension 20 to Achievement Hunter all the way to Dropout TV. He's written for shows like Adult Swim's Tigtone, NBC's Grand Crew and Peacock's Twisted Metal, as well as writing for video games like Apex Legends and Borderlands 4. A multi-hyphenated goofball and talent.

John Robertson

The twisted and brilliant mind behind improv comedy gameshow The Dark Room, John Robertson is an Australian comedy powerhouse and cult gaming figure. From sold-out Edinburgh Fringe shows, to Twitch global front page features, the U.S PAXes and rock festivals around the world, Robertson blends chaos and comedy like no other. Expect live shows, surprise appearances and just... just so much swearing"

Mike Mason

TTRPG royalty Mike Mason joins the PAX lineup as the award-winning creative director of Call of Cthulhu, appearing as part of Chaosium’s 50th Anniversary celebrations. With a legacy that includes stints at Games Workshop and key roles in the Warhammer universe, Mason’s insights into storytelling and game design will delight fans of tabletop and the grimdark. Chaosium’s 50th Anniversary celebrations will also extend into the PAX Aus Expo Hall.

Diana Fay

Diana Fay is a standout voice in the TTRPG scene. A tabletop creator, live play performer, Twitch Partner and member of multiple Twitch Guilds, she’s also a convention panelist, model, social media consultant and co-host of the Worlds Apart podcast. Hailing from Oregon, Diana rose to viral fame during the pandemic and has since become a passionate inclusivity advocate, raising thousands for charity and using humour, heart and storytelling to make TTRPGs more inclusive for all.

Tickets for the show are available now, though the three-day badges are sold out. The show is taking place at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Center on October 10, 11 and 12.
