The Diablo Spotlight revealed a new character class for all games

Blizzard hosted their fourth Spotlight Showcase recently, this time it was all about Diablo and what that series is getting up to in its 30th year. If you missed them you can catch up on World of Warcraft, Overwatch and Hearthstone, but for now Diablo.
The biggest deal for all three current Diablo games, sorry Diablo III, is that the Warlock class is being added to the games, yes that means Diablo IV, Diablo Immortal and Diablo II, making this the first new class to that game in 25 years. That is a good place to start, because the game is being bundled together in a new way.
Diablo II: Reign of the Warlock is out now, yes a brand new class in a game 25 years old and its available today. The new edition adds in the new class, but also a number of quality of life updates, you can see the details in the below info graphic.
As the Warlock, players will be able to wield forbidden magic, as this new class arrives forged from demonic pacts and Hell itself. Discover new builds with brand new items, sets and runewords. Beyond that, players can also explore dynamic Terror Zones, face the Colossal Ancients in an ultimate endgame encounter and experience modernised quality-of-life upgrades.
The below is the official art for the Warlock in Diablo 2 and looks pretty amazing to me.
For Diablo IV, things are a little different. First up is that the Warlock is coming to the game, but we are going to need to wait until March 5 for the full details, as another live stream is planned for then.
What we did get in the spotlight was details around the new land, Skovos, new Endgame content and some system updates. First up, let’s talk about, Skovos, this is a region steeped in the lore of Sanctuary’s earliest inhabitants. In Temis, the capital, marble façades bear carvings of the Blessed Mother and Heavenly Father, lending the city a solemn, sacred air. Temis is the lively heart of Skovos — marble architecture, an uncanny elegance, skilled artisanship, and rich surface detail combine into a beautifully eerie vista.
The town square hums with rumours of the Firstborn, Sanctuary’s original civilization. Explore revelations about the Askari, the Prime Evils, and the ancient conflicts that forged the world. Built to function as Diablo IV’s premier Endgame hub, Temis becomes a streamlined base for exploration and discovery once the Lord of Hatred campaign ends.

For the updates on the Endgame and System Updates, you should head to the official site for all the details, as there are a few.
But wait, there is still more as the Warlock is coming to Diablo Immortal, the mobile game. As you can see via the below infographic there is a lot to look forward too going forward. The games next chapter brings the return of the legendary Maiden of Anguish, Andariel, new zones, events, IP collaborations, and gameplay updates.
The below art is the official key art for Andariel and it looks amazing.
The Warlock, which is the theme of the spotlight, will arrive into the game by the end if June, as logn as the below details hold true. Just like in the other games, Diablo Immortal’s Warlock is a dark spellcaster rooted in forbidden Vizjerei magic who has perfected devastating mastery over demons, including the monstrous Soulgorger.
Finally, if you wanted to check out the entire presentation, you can do that below, just set aside 30 minutes of your time as they go into a lot of detail on the three games.
