The adventure continues later this year as Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is revealed for more platforms

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade just launched for Switch 2 and Xbox Series X|S, our review is here and folks loved that one, but Square Enix are not slowing down as they have revealed when players can expect the second installment. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will arrive for both Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox Series X|S on June 3rd, check out the trailer for the game below.
While this is the second part of the trilogy, the game is a standalone adventure set across a vast and vibrant planet. The game sees Cloud, Tifa, Barret, Aerith and Red XIII escape from the dystopian city of Midgar into the wide world beyond. To hunt down Sephiroth, a haunting figure from Cloud's past bent on ruling the planet, these unlikely heroes join forces with new companions like the spirited ninja operative Yuffie and the wisecracking, feline-shaped robot Cait Sith.
Anyone who pre-orders the Digital Deluxe Edition on Switch 2 or Xbox Series X|S will get the bonus items of Moogle Trio Summoning Materia, Posh Chocobo Summoning Materia, Armor: Shinra Bangle Mk. II and Armor: Midgar Bangle Mk. II. The Digital Deluxe Edition will also include the following:

If you have save data from the first game, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade on the same platform, you will also unlock a Summoning Materia: Leviathan and Summoning Materia: Ramuh.
Additionally, those who pre-order the physical Nintendo Switch 2 edition will receive one Magic: The Gathering—FINAL FANTASY Zack Fair card featuring variant art by Tetsuya Nomura, while supplies last.
