Superhero Streamers powers up another year, in order to kapow cancer

Game On Cancer is an initiative by Cure Cancer and they are back for a third year running where they are partnering with streamers around the nation to raise money to help people research cures and treatments for cancer.

From National Superhero Day on Friday 28th April through to Wednesday 31st May, creators of all kinds can sign up and help support some ‘real-life superheroes’ – the amazing Cure Cancer researchers that are working to find a cure for all different types of cancer.

This year, leading gaming peripheral brands HyperX and Elgato are supporting the campaign by sponsoring fundraising teams with matched donations.

Anyone can donate and anyone can host streams where they themselves are raising money. If you want to donate just visit the Tiltify site now or whenever your streamer of choice is live. For those that do sign up to help raise money, there are reward tiers for those who raise certain amounts.

For those who donate, there are three Ultimate Gamer Packs to give away, which feature the following:

  • Elgato Stream Deck MK.2

  • Elgato Key Light

  • Elgato Facecam

  • HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 headset

  • OmniDesk standing desk + RGB lights and Nexus Mini Mousepad

  • ErgoTune Supreme Chair

  • Handmade 100% acrylic yarn tufted rug from TuftOFF

As long as you live in the areas where the giveaways are allowed, so Australia excluding WA, you get an entry with each donation.
