SteelSeries are going elite with the new Arctis Nova Elite

SteelSeries have announced their latest headphone offerings, but the new Arctis Nova Elite is not for everyone, as it is designed for the best audio experience and has a price tag to match.
Let’s get this out of the way first, the new headset will release in Australia in both the Sage & Gold and Carbon Black colours and has a RRP of $1,349. The headsets can be ordered now from JB Hifi and will be on sale starting October 24.
The price is high because this is the most advanced headset they have made and it shows. It comes packed with rich 96kHz/24bit sound emitted over 2.4GHz or Bluetooth, experience audiophile performance. Features a LC3+ codec for low-latency, high-fidelity wireless audio, and is paired with next-level Carbon Speaker Drivers for unreal clarity. If all that was not enough, it has also been constructed with a brass 2-piece that holds the construction in place and enables a pistonic motion for ultra-accurate sound reproduction.
Retreat into your gaming sanctuary with the best active noise cancellation in gaming, reducing up to 42% noise than competitors, and that's just the start of the list of ultimate gamer-focused features introduced by Arctis Nova Elite.
The unit itself has swappable batteries, so you can just swap one out for the other and get back to gaming, no cords and no delay. The batteries are charged inside the GameHub, which supports 3.5mm input and output, along with connection for PC, PlayStation and Xbox. Well to be fair, it has one port for Xbox/USB-C and two USB-C, so you could do a PC and a Mac, or a Switch and a PlayStation 5, any combination you want, you can do.
As I said before the headset comes in two colours, the black, which is what SteelSeries have been offering for years, but the new Sage & Gold and it looks amazing.
