Skate Story will flip onto Switch 2 later this year

Devolver Digital and developer Sam Eng have announced that in addition to PC and PlayStation 5, Skate Story will also release onto Switch 2 later this year, whenever the game gets a date. Check out the new trailer for the game below.

The game has been in development for quite a while, only because its a solo dev project and the developer is a skater, who keeps injuring themselves, which I suppose makes it a more authentic experience.

In the game you are a demon made of glass and pain, with a single goal in your life, skate to the moon and if you make it there and swallow it, you shall gain your freedom. The catch is of course, that you are made of glass and the slightest stumble can shatter you into many pieces.

So, can you skate to the moon? You can try when the game releases on PC, PlayStation 5 and now Nintendo Switch 2, sometime later this year.
