Pragmata picks up a release date and a Switch 2 edition

During the Opening Act of the The Game Awards 2025, it was revealed that Pragmata would release on April 24, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. Check out the newest trailer for the game below.

Pragmata has been in development for a while, with the game being a bit of a joke with how often it has been delayed, so it is nice to see a proper release date set.

In the game players will take control of Hugh and work alongside Diana, an android who can hack enemies as they get in the way of the goal, make their way through a lunar research station, in order to find out what is going on.

Capcom not only announced a Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game, but they also announced an amiibo for Diana. There is no word on what the amiibo might do in game, I would wager it restores energy or such, but we should find out in time.

A demo for the game is available now on PC, but it will come soon for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2, just no date for the consoles yet.
