More teasing for the next Batman title is happening
In September 2019, Warner Bros Games Montreal put out a teaser for something related to Batman, the video showed the Bat symbol being projected onto the side of a building, with a logo being flashed on the screen, the one show in the image above.
Well now 4 months later, they are back at it again, with another tease, this time adding part of a second image, into a larger one, which also contains the original one. Fans have immediately confirmed it from Batman, but the caption Capture the Knight also points straight to that.
There is a lot of speculation that the next Batman game, coming from WB Montreal will focus on the Court of Owls, a society of the wealthy and elite in Gotham who rule from the shadows. Bruce Wayne has had plenty of encounters with them in the comics, but this would be the first time that we see them in the videogame world.
Based on the schedule of these tweets, we should expect the full reveal in early 2022, with the game coming out in 2023. I am all for a tease of something, but this is just dragging out now, of course, with luck we shall see all this revealed at E3 2020.
