Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection reveals new details

Capcom have announced a lot of details for the upcoming Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, which is set to arrive this March 13. One big part of the news is that the game is now officially available for pre-order digitally, as such they have a new trailer to enjoy as well.
If you have save data on your platform of choice for the new game, you will be awarded with bonus layered armours for your character to wear. The three games below are supported, with the first two coming to Xbox this month. Please note for Nintendo Switch 2 players, you would need to download the game to your console and then download any cloud saves you have from Nintendo Switch, as the save data must be present on the machine.
One of the big things coming for Nintendo fans, though anyone can buy them, are the new trio of amiibo from the game. In order they are Ratha, Ratha V and Rudy. These new amiibo will release on March 16, same day as the game and unlock new layered outfits, you can see those designs below. Compatible amiibo can also be tapped once per day in game, in order to get items.
For those curious, as I know past Monster Hunter amiibo have been quite large, the sizes of them are:
Rathalos approx. 12.9cm T x 12.5cm W x 10.5cm D
Rathalos V approx. 12.6cm T x 12.9cm W x 8.5cm D
Rudy approx. 8.7cm Tall x 5.4cm W x 5.7cm D
The links above are for Amazon Japan, who will ship them to Australia, just in case you want to order them for yourself. The amiibo don’t have local listing here year, but their Japanese listings put them at 2950 Yen, which was the same price as the Street Fighter 6 amiibo, which were $45 AUD, so that should give you an idea of the price.
In addition to the save file and amiibo offerings, we also got some new screens for the game, including a look at the Ranger creation screen, that is your character.
Plus, Capcom released a wave of art for the game, including character and monster shots. In order below they are Kora, Murray, Ogden, Fiero, Gaul and Kol.
For the monsters, they are Feral Yama Tsukami, Chirpy, Gravy and Legia. No you are not misreading those names, there is one called Chirpy and one called Gravy, not like I first read it Chips and Gravy.
The game will release on March 13 for Nintendo Switch 2, PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
