Lords of the Fallen gets an extended story trailer via Gamescom
Developer Hexworks and CI Games have released yet another trailer for Lords of the Fallen, which aims to reveal more story details ahead of the release, just in case you hadn’t seen enough yet.
While there is already a game in the series, that was done by Deck13, with this being another developer and there being about a decade between the two, Hexworks are treating this title as a series reboot.
In fact timeline wise, it takes place more than a thousand years after the events of the first game, The Lords of the Fallen introduces an all-new adventure in a vast, interconnected world, more than five times larger than the original game. An expansive RPG experience - filled with NPC quests, compelling characters, and rich narrative - players will need to create their own hero before tackling the immersive single player campaign. They will also have the option to invite a second player to join their adventure in uninterrupted online co-op - a new feature for the franchise.
The game is coming to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC, with there being three different versions of the game to select from. Here is what is included in each.
