Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition has been announced and is out today... sort of

Bandai Namco have announced Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition, which as you might have guessed from the name is a remastering of the first game in the series and is out today… sort of. Check out the trailer first.
The game will release on October 10 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. The first three platforms can get the game today, if players pre-order Little Nightmares 3. Yes, if you pre-order the new game, then you get the enhanced release of the first today and if you don’t, then you have to wait until October to buy it. Nintendo Switch 2 players all have to wait until October sadly.
Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition lets you choose between Quality or Performance Mode to favour either the visuals or the framerate depending on your preferences. That means players can enjoy improved visual effects, including RTX reflections, water effects, more particles, and volumetric lighting. Additional helpers have been added for an overall better experience.
So again, for those who pre-order Little Nightmares 3 on PC, PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S today, they get access to Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition today. For Nintendo Switch 2 players and those who don’t pre-order, the game will release on October 10.
