Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1&2 Remastered - Deluxe Edition - Bargain Guide
Aspyr have been on a roll lately, bringing back a number of classic games to modern platforms and last year we saw the Soul Reaver series get some love.
Limited Run Games are the folks who make those super fancy special editions, but they also do a more baseline special edition and lately they have been turning up in stores here, usually when they are shipping out direct from them. Aspyr and Limited Run Games are both owned by Embracer, thus the working relationship.
This Deluxe Edition has a RRP of $99.95, but you can get $5 or $10 off, depending on the retailer. For those curious, the standard edition release, which was just game, is about $55 AUD, plus $35 shipping from Limited Run, so this is quite the deal.
Below is what you get within the release, just note that apart from the supported platform, everything else is the same, except the SteelBook. So, the Switch version shown below has a special Switch SteelBook, whereas the PlayStation 5 release has a different shape.
For those who just want the games, they are available digitally on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
