Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home Special Edition is coming to Consoles and PC
Natsume have announced that Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home will make the jump from mobile devices to consoles and PC later this year.
Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home Special Edition invites you to leave behind the hustle and bustle of city life and return to your childhood village of Alba—a peaceful countryside town where the fish are fresh, the vegetables are homegrown, and the locals are as warm as ever.

There is no date for this release yet, but when it does come out it will be on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch and PC via Steam.
