Grand Mountain Adventure 2 is hitting the PC slopes later this year

Toppluva AB have announced that they are getting their boards ready for another run down the mountain as Grand Mountain Adventure 2 is announced for PC and is expected to release later this year.

Grand Mountain Adventure 2 is an open world Winter Sports arena, and the ultimate playground for skiers and snowboarders to explore, experiment, and have fun in, featuring a host of upgrades and improvements from the original Grand Mountain Adventure game.

Here is what the team have said about the features of the game:

  • Five massive open-world ski resorts to explore, with bustling slopes, forests, cliffs, and beautiful views in a non-linear mountain simulator.

  • A huge variety of activities and game modes to try out, including paragliding, ziplining, speed skiing, and 2D platform mode.

  • Hundreds of unique challenges to test your skills, including slalom, slope-style, downhill racing, and ski jumping all with an advanced trick system featuring spins, flips, tail presses, rails, transitions, and boxes.

  • Looking for relaxation? Turn on ‘Zen’ mode to enjoy a distraction free day on the slopes without challenges or other skiers. Or test out ‘Observe’ mode to watch the antics of hundreds of NPC’s on the mountainside from afar.

The game launched earlier this year on mobile device, like the first game did, so it coming to PC is just the next step. The first game also found its way onto Nintendo Switch, and it did well on all its platforms.

The PC release of the sequel can be wishlisted today, but a demo is coming in a few weeks, if you want to sample the fresh powder.
