Bugsnax is set to expand later this month, both in content offer and platforms its on

Young Horses, the developers behind the PlayStation 5 launch game Bugsnax have been working hard on an expansion for the game, with The Isle of Bigsnax set to offer another handful of hours to the experience. When the expansion arrives on April 28th, the game will also come to Xbox and Switch for the first time.

In addition to launch on Switch, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, the game will also lose its PC exclusivity on Epic Game Store and will also come to Steam and Windows Store. Plus if that wasn’t enough, the game will also be included in Xbox Game Pass on the same day. Check out the below trailer to see what is coming in the free DLC.

The Isle of Bigsnax's main campaign includes 3 to 4 hours of new story content - with Yuri Lowenthal, Casey Mongillo, Debra Wilson, and Haviland Stillwell returning to voice their respective grumpuses - and new exciting Bugsnax and mysteries to discover. Players will find even more to do on the main island of the original game with new mail quests from the grumpuses to complete, hats to acquire for your favorite snax, and your very own hut to decorate and call home.

The free update will arrive on April 28th for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC via the Epic Game Store, whereas the full experience will launch on Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam and Windows Store, along with Xbox Game Pass.
