Borderlands 3 is ready to break some hearts

Because Borderlands 3 is about as out there as you can get, they have a Valentine’s Day themed event happening, right now, but the objective isn’t to capture hearts, it is to break them, check it out.

After given the task by Maurice, who lives aboard Sanctuary III, you simply need to shoot the hearts to break them, but some might give you loot, others will spawn enemies or drop to the ground, creating a fire explosion. Maurice will keep track of how many hearts you've broken and mail you the following event rewards as you reach each of these totals:

10 – "ECHOcardiogram" ECHO Skin

50 – "Terminal Polyaimorous" Legendary Maliwan SMG
75 – "Heartbreaker" Vault Hunter Skin
