BALLxPIT will expand in 2026 with three new free updates

Devolver Digital, Kenny Sun and Friends have revealed that BALLxPIT has sold 1m copies since it released and as such, the game will now get three free updates in 2026 that add more balls off the wall action. Check out the trailer for the game below.

The trailer gave hints at what is coming, but details are scarce, we do have this though.

• In January, raise your pinky for the Regal update.

• In April, slink into the darkness for the Shadow update.

• Then get back to basics in July with the Naturalist update.

In addition to new characters, there will be new balls, evolutions, buildings and more.

When we reviewed the game a few months ago, we loved it with the easy to understand loop. so the idea of more content coming is a winner for us.
