Ball x Pit has been given an October release date
In the recent Indie World showcase from Nintendo, Ball X Pit was given a release date for Nintendo Switch, but also revealed a Nintendo Switch 2 version was coming. Now Devolver Digital have confirmed the game will release on October 15th for PC, Xbox and now PlayStation 5. Check out the newest trailer below.
We got to spend a lot of time with the games demo a few months back, and really enjoyed it. The game is divided into two parts, the town building portion and the run portion. That latter one is actually procedural, so each time you do it, things will play out differently. Even more so once you stay to take advantage of the Ball Fusion mechanic, which allows for your balls to be bathed in fire while also shooting out bolts of lightening.
The game is coming on October 15 for Switch, PC, Xbox and PlayStation 5. The game will also be available in Game Pass at release and will come to Nintendo Switch 2 later this year.
