ARK Survival Evolved gets upgraded on Switch, with new footage revealed
After announcing that Ark Survival Evolved on Switch would evolve, which given its initial release could have only been a good thing, Studio Wildcard showed off the game, running on a Switch via their PAX West Showcase. We have extracted that portion of the stream, for you to watch below.
In addition to the new footage, it was also announced that a new mode is coming to the game and will launch first on Switch, on October 25th and that is Dinosaur Discover.
Dinosaur Discovery is a brand new ARK experience appropriate for even the smallest of survivors, coming first to ARK: Ultimate Survivor Edition on Switch. Take a journey through the epochs in this new educational experience that invites families and kids to learn about the fascinating prehistoric creatures that inspired the game.
For now, we have some news screens, but ARK Ultimate Survival Edition is coming to Switch on October 25th, the game is out for other platforms already.
