Apex Legends reveals its 2026 roadmap, including new legends

We are half way through the second month of the year, but Apex Legends have revealed their roadmap for the game, outlining what players can expect over the next 12 months. The first news came from a few weeks ago when the end date for the Nintendo Switch version of the game was announced.
The big thing for the year to come is that two more legends will join the fight, season 29 will see a Skirmisher added to the game, then in Season 32 another Legend will join the game. Details about both are slim, but they have been described as designed to shake up how you approach building your squad by providing new ways to take on fights together.
Seasons 30 and 31 will continue to see evolutions done to the Legends via the Legends Rework program. Currently planned in Season 32, along with the new Legend, the developers will be updating team comp by overhauling the Legend Class system.
