After a lengthy silence, Wreckreation boosts out a new trailer

As part of the recent THQ Nordic Showcase for 2025, Three Fields Entertainment released a new trailer for Wreckreation. It is short, but given its the first look in a few years, it is worth checking out.

Below is the official blurb about the game:

What if you could build your own massive open-world racing universe? Wreckreation, from the veteran developers at Three Fields Entertainment - well known for their work on the Burnout-Series - lets you do exactly that. Set in a 400 km² sandbox called MixWorld, players can design tracks, place wild stunt objects, customize vehicles, create game modes, and even control the weather and traffic. Whether racing solo or with friends, Wreckreation puts you in the driver’s seat — literally and creatively.

What is interesting is that the developer were creating a sequel to Dangerous Driving, which morphed into this game. But that sequel has never been cancelled and it was meant to release on to Nintendo Switch, but this game is not.

There is no release date for the game at this time, but when it does release it will do so onto PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
