A gameplay deep dive has been released for Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok
Cygames were in the recent Nintendo Direct revealing Endless Ragnarok, an updated version of Granblue Fantasy: Relink. This new version includes updated stories, and new game modes, along with more enhancements. To ensure you know everything, the group have released a large deep dive video, which highlights the updates coming to this new version of the game.

Band together for exhilarating battles
Form a party of four and depart for battle in this epic action RPG. Each character sports distinct combat mechanics, allowing for a whole crewful of unique playstyles. Weave these playstyles together using satisfying party-based attacks—like link attacks and chain bursts—to really make combat soar. Even recruits fresh to action gaming can take advantage of Assist Mode to reach the story's heart-pounding conclusion.
Embark on New Adventures
Although the Astral Lilith’s machinations lay thwarted, winds of change begin to stir within the Zegagrande Skydom… Strange beings called the “ragnalia” herald the end times. Mysterious gateways beckon would-be challengers into a realm of chaos. And even the mighty Beelzebub, with his wings of steel, descends upon Zegagrande.
Embark on an endless variety of co-op quests
A wide range of quests become available as the adventure unfolds. From unique boss fights to horde-survival missions, all quests are playable offline or online with up to four players. Whether it's casual questing or ultra-challenging end content, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Call in the Big Guns
During their journey, players will unlock the ability to equip and call forth summons, adding a new dimension to battle strategy. Once channeled by Lyria, some summons can be temporarily controlled by the player; but if certain conditions are met, others will make a spectacular entrance alongside a new type of chain burst—the “primal burst.”
More to Master, More to Play
New cooperative quest tiers and additional bosses.
The Conflux, an all-new solo mode where unpredictable challenges and enigmatic powers lurk within its depths.

In terms of accessing the game, there are a few ways to do so. For anyone who owns Granblue Fantasy: Relink on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 or PC via Steam, they can upgrade to Endless Ragnarok for a fee. This counts for those who own the physical release on PlayStation consoles, just know if you do you will require the disc in the machine to play the game and while it should be common sense, there is no upgrade from PC to PlayStation, you have to stick within the family of platforms you already have the game in.
For those coming in new for the first time, the game will release digitally on Nintendo Switch 2, PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Those looking for a physical release will be happy to know the game is getting one on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2, but the latter is a Game Key Card. There is no confirmation on it coming here yet, but I am sure you can order it online if needed.
As for when the updated game is releasing, July 9 is the date and will be out digitally then, physical release to be confirmed.
