EA Play makes a return in 2019 - with some changes

Electronic Arts has announced that EA Play is making a return in 2019, heading to the glitz and glamour of Hollywood once again.

The event will take place from June 7 to June 9, making a Friday to Sunday event this year. Whilst we have no idea on what games will be shown, there is easy money to be made on their next entries in FIFA, Madden, NBA and NHL, as EA Sports makes a lot of money for the company.

Given the success of Apex Legends, seeing the game there, even in a competition sense will make sense as well. Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order is almost a shoe in for showing off at the event, given that the game is meant to release by Christmas this year.

One massive change that they are making this year, is that they are dropping the Press Conference, instead putting on multiple live streams across the first two days, which means more dedicated focus on the games.

More details are expected next month when tickets become available and as always, they are free to get.
