Nintendo outline their plans for E3 2018

Nintendo have announced their plans for E3 2018, giving us times for their annual video presentation, as well as information about the two tournaments that they have going on.

First up, the Video Presentation, right now, there is no fancy name, like Nintendo Spotlight or whatever, but they will once again, have a pre-recorded video. The only confirmed title for appearance during the broadcast will be Super Smash Bros and like years past it will happen at 9am on Tuesday Morning, Los Angeles time, the times for Australia are below and will all take place on Wednesday June 13.

In addition to the usual video event, they also confirmed that Treehouse Live from E3 will also be happening again. Again, the only confirmed title is that Super Smash Bros will get its spotlight, immediately after the video presentation, so likely around 2:30am AEST.

Nintendo have also confirmed the starting times for the Splatoon 2 World Championships, which will be hosted at the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles. While they will kick off around 3:30pm on Monday June 11, Los Angeles time, that translates to the following times for us back here in Australia.

The finals will take place a day later on June 12 and the only thing we have for now, is that they will happen, sometime after the Video Presentation, though no set time has been given.

Finally, the other event to take place is the Super Smash Bros Invitational 2018, which will take place on June 12, Los Angeles time, right after the Splatoon 2 Finals, so no start time on that yet.

If you want to make sure you don't miss a single moment of the Nintendo fun, you can keep track of it all at their official site e3.nintendo.com.
