Total War Saga: Throne of Britannia is out this April

Sega and Creative Assembly have announced that Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia will be launching on PC on April 19th, with an early adopter bonus available for those that pre-order.

Total War games revolve around war; its strategic and tactical challenges, the impact it has on national economies, and many other high-level abstractions. However, the brutal reality is that war has horrific consequences for the innocent, and nobody feels that impact more than children. War Child UK operate in 9 current and ex-warzones across the globe, providing frontline humanitarian assistance, helping children access education, and rehabilitating child-soldiers in the aftermath of conflict.

The game will be available as a digital download or a limited edition boxed release in stores. The Limited Edition comes in an embossed Steelbook® inspired by ornately decorated Anglo Saxon helmets of the period, such as the famously reconstructed Sutton Hoo. The Limited Edition also includes a double-sided poster featuring a detailed campaign map and a set of collectable art cards celebrating five of the most prominent in-game faction leaders.
