DOOM is almost here, with only a week to go, Bethesda have released a shiny new launch trailer, as well as the details for when players can pre load if they went the digital route.



The big deal is the PC version of DOOM, bringing the PC classic back to where it started, with preloading starting at midnight on May 11th through Steam. But the more important information are the specs, they are below.

Minimum:

Windows 7/8.1/10 (64-bit versions); Intel Core i5-2400/AMD FX-8320 or better;
8 GB RAM; 55 GB free HDD space; NVIDIA GTX 670 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or better
Contains a single disc. Download of additional files from Steam (total amount 45 GB) is required to run the game.
Requires Steam activation and broadband internet connection for Multiplayer and SnapMap.

For those on PlayStation 4, pre loading will start at the same time, May 11th at midnight, but for those on Xbox One, you can start your pre loading now.

All versions of the game digitally will unlock at midnight on May 13th.
