Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground adds full cross-play at launch

Focus Home Interactive have been talking up the release of Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground for quite a number of months now and given the game is out next week, you might think they are done.

Turns out they had one big reveal left for it, the game will have full cross-play support on day one, on all platforms the game is releasing upon.

Each non-linear, procedurally-generated campaign will be a new experience whenever you begin it, meaning an endlessly replayable single-player offering. Crossplay multiplayer has you gaining a collection over time as you battle against other players online, improving your army and earning more rewards.

Players will be able to jump in a PvP match through the common matchmaking pool, or send a code-based invitation to your rivals playing on a PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, or PC, and meet them on the battlefield.
