The Outer Wilds is coming to Switch sometime this Winter
One of the most surprising reveals during the recent Nintendo Direct was that of The Outer Wilds, not to be mixed up with The Outer Worlds. From Annapurna Interactive, this games gives you 22 minutes to explore the universe, discover the secrets all before the sun explodes.
In the game, you are the newest member of Outer Wilds Ventures, a fledgling space program searching for answers in a strange, constantly changing solar system. Pilot a spaceship to visit planets packed with remnants of an extinct advanced civilization across locations that change with the passage of time.
When the sun explodes, you return to the start of the loop, your knowledge safe and sound, but you then have to use that, to try and work out what is going on, before the loop starts over again.
The game is out for other platforms already and coming to Switch sometime this Winter.
