The Mega Drive adds four more titles on the Nintendo Switch Online App today

As is their usual pattern, Nintendo have dropped a bunch of new games onto the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack tier of their online plan, this time for the Sega Mega Drive app, bringing the total up to 29 games. One of the games included is perhaps the original meme.

Unlike other updates for Nintendo’s own platforms, these are dropped out of nowhere and available at the same time, meaning that the below games, are all playable today.

  • Comix Zone

  • MEGA MAN: THE WILY WARS

  • Target Earth

  • Zero Wing

This release is roughly two months after the last lot, which was at the end of April, so if they keep that release cadence going, that means we should see another batch arrive in late August or early September.
