The first teaser for Toy Story 5 has been revealed
Disney and Pixar have released the first teaser trailer for Toy Story 5, in which the toys are being pushed aside, as screens are coming online and grabbing all the attention.
There are of course no real details about the movie, beyond this teaser synopsis:
The toys are back in Disney and Pixar’s “Toy Story 5,” and this time it’s Toy meets Tech. Buzz, Woody, Jessie and the rest of the gang's jobs are challenged when they're introduced to what kids are obsessed with today....electronics!
It has also not been revealed how Woody is back with the toys, given the ending of Toy Story 4. The movies director is Andrew Stanton, who directed Finding Nemo, Wall-e and was co-director on all the previous Toy Story movies.
The movie will hit Australian screens on June 18, 2026.
