Terra Nil is raising the temperature with the new Heatwave update
Devolver Digital and developer Free Lives have announced that Terra Nil is getting a new update this week. Called Heatwave it will add new stages to the game, a new companion tool and a photo mode. Check out the developer overview to learn more.
There are three new stages in the game, Parched Dunes, Canyon Peaks and Fracked Floodplain and each will need a new way of thinking to convert them back to pristine landscapes. In the video above, they explain that in Canyon Peaks, fire is not your friend, which should be a nice challenge.
The game will also bring in new animals like Elephants, Hyenas and more, which aligns perfect with the games new photography system.
The update is free and will arrive onto PC, Switch and Netflix Mobile on August 8.
