Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is coming to PC this July

PlayStation have announced that the game once billed as ‘only possible on PlayStation 5’ is now coming to PC, with Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart set arrive on July 26th. Check out the PC reveal trailer for the game below.

As with most PC games from PlayStation, they are not just porting the game across and calling it a day, but instead offering up feature support for those players who can take advantage of it.

The game will offer up ray-traced reflections, meaning shadows and lighting effects will look more natural and if that wasn’t enough the game will offer up ultra-wide monitor support. This support is not just the basic 21:9 that is the smallest classification for ultra-wide, but the game will support 32:9 and a staggering 48:9 for those gamers who have three monitors.

The PC release also sports NVIDIA DLSS 3, AMD FSR 2 and Intel XeSS support, so just pick your graphics card there, plus it will offer up unlocked framerates as well. The game will also let players choose their method of control from mouse and keyboard to Xbox controller or if you have it a PlayStation 5 DualSense controller.

The game will be available on July 26th via Steam and Epic and orders can be placed now. We reviewed the original 2021 release on PlayStation 5 and found it to be quite a fun game.
